Braiding and Coil
Material
Fiberglass Fiberglass has high temperature resistance, non-flammable, corrosion resistance, heat insulation, high tensile strength, good electrical insulation. But brittle, poor wear resistance. Industrial filter material, anti-corrosion, moisture, heat, sound insulation, shock absorbing material. Can also be used as a reinforcing material for the manufacture of reinforced plastics or reinforced rubber, as a reinforcing material glass fiber has the following characteristics:
High tensile strength, small elongation (3%).
High elastic modulus, good rigidity.
Elastic limit within the elongation and high tensile strength, so the absorption of impact energy.
As inorganic fibers, non-flammable, good chemical resistance.
Small water absorption.
Scale stability, heat resistance are good.
Good processability, can be made of shares, bundles, felt, cloth and other different forms of products.
Transparent through the light.
With good adhesion of the resin surface treatment agent development is completed.
Not easy to burn, high temperature can be melted into glass beads.
Ceramic Fiber Has good acid and alkali corrosion resistance and anti-aluminum zinc and other molten metal erosion ability, continuous use temperature up to 1000 ° C, short-term use temperature up to 1260 ° C, higher electrical insulation and high temperature electrical insulation than glass fiber, non-toxic, odorless.
Mica Tape Mica has a very high insulation, insulation performance, good chemical stability, with anti-strong acid, strong alkali and compressive strength and anti-radiation, waterproof and other excellent physical and chemical properties, so it is an important raw material for the manufacture of electrical equipment, so it can also be used as insulation materials in the hair dryer. Has a very high insulation, insulation performance, good chemical stability, with anti-strong acid, strong alkali and compressive strength, is an important raw material for the manufacture of electrical equipment.
KAPTON Physical properties:
Thermosetting polyimide has excellent thermal stability, chemical corrosion resistance and mechanical properties, usually orange. The flexural strength of graphite or glass fiber reinforced polyimide can reach 345 MPa, and the flexural modulus can reach 20 GPa. Thermosetting polyimide has very small creep and high tensile strength. The use temperature range of polyimide covers a wide range, from -100 to 300 degrees.

Chemical properties:
KAPTON's chemical properties are stable. KAPTON does not need to add flame retardant to prevent combustion. General polyimides are resistant to chemical solvents such as alkanes, esters, ethers, alcohols and fluorochloroalkanes. They are also resistant to weak acids but are not recommended for use in stronger alkalis and inorganic acids. Some KAPTON such as CP1 and CORIN XLS are soluble in solvents, which helps to develop their applications in spraying and low temperature crosslinking.
PTFE Tape PTFE, as a non-stick coating, can be used continuously at 260 °C, with a maximum operating temperature of 290-300 °C, extremely low friction coefficient, good wear resistance and excellent chemical stability.
Mylar Polyester film, suitable for ambient temperature of -70 ~ 150 °C. It has excellent moisture resistance and resistance to common solvents, and is not easily embrittled. Mylar has excellent balance in electrical, chemical, thermal and physical properties, so it has a wide range of applications.
Aluminum Foil Mylar Possess excellent electrostatic dissipation, can effectively suppress electromagnetic wave interference, not easy to wrinkle, not easy to tear, heat resistance, good stability.
Copper Foil Mylar Possess excellent electrostatic dissipation, can effectively suppress electromagnetic wave interference, not easy to wrinkle, not easy to tear, heat resistance, good stability.
